About the Opportunity
In collaboration with the Go To Market (GTM) leadership team, the Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally to provide the GTM team with the right content, training, and mentorship needed to hone their skill sets and effectively engage our prospects and customers. This role will work closely with our newest team members, as well as our most tenured, helping to build a foundational knowledge of ClearGov, our product offerings, and our target customers. You will be the authority on GTM Process, GTM Methodology, GTM Tools, and Storytelling from the lens of our customers.
The Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager will quarterback the GTM new hire Training & Onboarding Program to drive quicker and more consistent ramp times. You will create, lead, and own GTM readiness programs that will be tied to specific GTM objectives and will work cross functionally to make sure the teams are receiving the information they need when they need it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the vision, roadmap, and priorities for GTM training and enablement at the individual and leadership levels
- Evaluate current programs and implement a comprehensive, effective and scalable new hire GTM training and certification program
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for GTM, including but not limited to: training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led GTM training
- Partner with subject matter experts (marketing, product, client success) to develop programs including but not limited to role-specific training, new product release certifications and ongoing enablement
- Create and implement successful GTM processes, methodology and GTM playbook initiatives
- Implement and drive adoption of a GTM learning solution as well as revenue intelligence and GTM engagement platforms to drive GTM productivity
- Define and document key GTM hiring profiles, i.e. hard & soft skills; experience requirements; archetypes; etc
- Ensure best-in-class experience for new hires on the GTM team and continual improvement for existing GTM team members
Critical Skills/Experience:
- 5-7 years GTM training and/or revenue enablement experience required
- Revenue enablement experience with SaaS and/or Gov-Tech organizations is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, GTM Enablement solutions (Salesloft, Avoma, Gong) and GTM Methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler)
- Proven success working in a high volume, multi-faceted environment managing multiple projects that require exceptional proactive strategic decision making, critical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to offer out-of-the-box and creative solutions
- Ability to create and track high-impact and insightful metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Extensive knowledge of GTM methodologies as well as GTM management best practices, including developmental GTM coaching
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to influence via indirect authority

Compensation:
- In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 USD (Remote USA) or $125,000 - $155,000 CAD (Hybrid in Toronto, ON) and exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
