About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Mid- Level Implementation Specialist with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. The Mid-Level Implementation Specialist will be responsible for our SaaS ACFR solution and will support client implementations from onboarding through go-live. You’ll assist with environment setup, data collection, mapping, and system configuration, guide clients through basic system navigation, and support UAT. Working closely with senior specialists, SE, and Support teams, you’ll help ensure smooth deployments, resolve issues, and contribute to best practices for a successful client experience.

The Mid- Level Implementation Specialist will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments and school districts take the next step from good to great.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end SaaS ACFR implementations
  • Assist clients with onboarding, environment setup, and system configuration
  • Gather, validate, and map client data for accurate reporting
  • Conduct system walkthroughs and basic client training on navigation and functionality
  • Support client user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with SE, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth deployments
  • Contribute to implementation documentation and adherence to best practices

Critical Skills/Experience:

  • SaaS Implementation Support – Experience assisting with SaaS deployments in finance, accounting, or ACFR systems
  • Client Interaction – Comfortable working directly with clients to gather data, provide guidance, and support onboarding
  • Data Management – Skilled in collecting, validating, and mapping client data accurately for reporting
  • System Configuration – Experience in configuring system settings, structures, and reporting frameworks with limited guidance
  • Problem-Solving – Able to troubleshoot basic data or configuration issues and escalate as needed
  • Financial/Accounting Knowledge – Basic understanding of governmental or enterprise accounting principles, reporting structures, and chart of accounts
  • Collaboration – Works effectively with Senior Specialists, SE, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Training & Documentation – Able to support client training, system walkthroughs, and maintain clear documentation
  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and multiple client activities simultaneously
  • Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams
